Homemade ice cream

Bored with the ice cream manufacturer? you want to try making their own ice cream? Make it easy to own, no need to use ice cream maker 
Ingredient
475 ml Sahne (cream)
Milk 125 ml liquid (or can of coconut milk)
4 eggs
100 ml sugar (even better if feiner Zucker / sugar)
1 tsp vanilli
Taste
It's up to you (avocado, chocolate / Blockschokolade, Erdbeer / strawberry, banana, etc.).

How to make it
Batter 1
Avocado blender, then put into the pot. Enter Sahne and milk / coconut milk. Fully heated slowly, stirring constantly (Elektroherd: figure 2). If it's hot (air bubbles start to rise), the pot is revealed.
Batter 2
Egg (yellow + white), sugar, and vanilla blended (shaken). Then poured into a pan containing the dough first.
Everything is then heated again, while stirring continues until thickened.
After the thick, poured into ice-cream containers (baskets or the like) to put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
After it was moved into the freezer, every one hour with stirring, so that does not happen efflorescence ice. After stirring 3-4 times (= 3 .. 4 hours) according to the experience no longer be stirred. If the ice cream gets too hard / clay, preferably 10 minutes removed before eaten.
